Key Responsibilities
- Design performance test plans using JMeter/LoadRunner/Gatling; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI for automated regression.
- Execute load/stress tests in containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes); monitor with PrometheGrafana and APM tools like New Relic.
- Analyze bottlenecks, recommend optimizations (e.g., auto-scaling), and collaborate via Git workflows with dev teams.
- Automate script maintenance in Java/Python; produce dashboards/reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Performance tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling; scripting (Java/Python/Bash).
- DevOps: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform/Ansible; Docker/K8s for test orchestration.
- Monitoring: Prometheus, ELK Stack, AppDynamics; cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), protocols (HTTP/JMS).
- Databases (SQL/NoSQL), Linux/Unix proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in CS/IT; 4+ years in performance testing + DevOps exposure.
- Strong analytics, problem-solving; communication for agile teams.
- Preferred: Finance domain
