Job Title: SQL Server Developer
Location: Hybrid Onsite (2 3 days/week) Atlanta or Charlotte (No relocation)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SQL Server Developer to analyze existing SQL Server applications, migrate and optimize database structures, and support new system architecture within a financial services environment.

The candidate will work on data integration, ETL processes, and SQL performance optimization, while ensuring compliance with surveillance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing SQL Server applications to understand business logic and workflows.
• Migrate and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging.
• Document technical specifications, architecture decisions, and migration processes.
• Provide post-migration support and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience with SQL Server Development
• Strong expertise in:
  • T-SQL
  • Stored Procedures
  • Query Optimization
  • Indexing
• Experience with SSIS, ETL, and data integration
• Experience with Git or version control systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Mandatory experience with surveillance and compliance systems

Nice to Have

• .NET development experience
• Experience working in financial services environments
