The Aaron's Company, Inc. is an industry leader in the sales and lease-to-own retail industry known for quality brand names and superior customer service. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will function as a customer service-oriented salesperson, processing orders and assisting customers through the online order process while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Processes orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Assists new and existing customers through the online order process
- Answers calls coming into the center pertaining to various customer service issues
- Takes complaint calls, documents issues that arise at stores, and emails them to upper management
Requirements:
- Computer skills: Windows applications and typing skills
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Bi-Lingual role only: Must be fluent in spoken and written Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales / Customer Service experience preferred
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Experience with numeric, oral, and written language applications
- Product knowledge
