Talent Groups is seeking an experienced NICE CXone professional to design, implement, and optimize IVA and omnichannel contact center solutions. The role involves hands-on development in CXone Studio, system integrations, and end-to-end project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IVA/IVR workflows using NICE CXone Studio
- Configure ACD, routing strategies, and omnichannel experiences (voice, chat, email, SMS)
- Integrate CXone with CRM and backend systems via APIs and webhooks
- Lead end-to-end implementation: requirements, design, testing, and deployment
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize call flows
- Collaborate with IT/business teams and provide training & documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years in contact center technology, with 2+ years in NICE CXone
- Hands-on experience with IVA, IVR, and CXone Studio
- Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data exchange
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- NICE CXone certifications
