AI Prompt Engineer

Grid is a fast-growing company focused on building financial products that help users manage their financial future. They are seeking a Prompt Engineer Intern to design, test, and optimize prompts for their backend AI agent, contributing to automated financial services and decision-making systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize prompts for our backend AI agent that powers automated financial processing and decision-making systems
• Conduct rigorous experiments to evaluate prompt performance, measuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability metrics across different data inputs
• Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to implement prompt strategies within production backend systems and APIs
• Develop comprehensive testing frameworks and maintain versioned prompt libraries with detailed performance documentation
• Research advanced prompt engineering techniques and conduct statistical analysis on system outputs to optimize model behavior
