The Majesco SME is responsible for providing deep functional and technical expertise on the Majesco Insurance Platform across policy administration billing claims and digital capabilities The role partners with business stakeholders delivery teams and technology leaders to drive implementation modernization optimization and transformation initiatives for PC Life or Group insurance clients

Key Responsibilities
Functional Domain Leadership
Act as the primary Majesco product expert across one or more domains Policy Billing Claims Underwriting or Digital
Translate insurance business requirements into Majescoaligned functional and configuration designs
Advise clients on best practices product capabilities and roadmap alignment
Lead solution discussions for new product launches enhancements and regulatory changes
Solution Design Delivery
Own endtoend solution design leveraging Majesco capabilities outofthebox and configurable features
Support core modernization and migration programs legacy to Majesco
Review and guide configuration customization and integration approaches
Ensure solutions align with scalability performance and maintainability standards
Stakeholder Client Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and IT leadership
Lead workshops requirement sessions design walkthroughs and UAT support
Provide executivelevel articulation of Majesco value differentiators and implementation approach
Quality Governance Risk
Review functional specifications design artifacts and test strategies
Identify risks gaps and dependencies early recommend mitigation strategies
Ensure adherence to delivery governance compliance and audit requirements
PreSales Thought Leadership as applicable
Support RFPs proposals and solution demonstrations
Contribute to accelerators playbooks and reusable assets
Mentor delivery teams and build Majesco capability within the organization
Required Skills Experience
Core Experience
7-12 years of experience in Insurance Technology with 35 years on Majesco
Handson experience with Majesco Policy Billing andor Claims modules
Strong understanding of PC Life or Group Insurance processes and products
Technical Platform Knowledge
Majesco configuration product modeling and rules framework
Experience with integrations APIs middleware and data migration
Familiarity with cloud deployments SaaS models and DevOps practices is a plus
Consulting Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in largescale core system transformations
Exposure to AI automation or digital enablement within insurance platforms
Majesco certifications if available
Prior experience in consulting or system integrator environments
Success Metrics
Successful delivery of Majesco implementations and enhancements
Client satisfaction and adoption of recommended solutions
Reduction in customization through effective use of Majesco OOTB features
Contribution to reusable assets playbooks and capability building
