Job description: As a Program Architect, you will work with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry. From desk to factory floor to job sites and client meetings, you will be challenged to develop your skills in a new field, taking a critical role in project delivery via the DMC methodology

Position Overview
This role sits directly on the manufacturing floor and is responsible for tracking, counting, and entering material usage data in real-time. The environment operates on a Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) model, where multiple products are being built simultaneously across production lines.
The Data Entry Clerk will play a critical role in ensuring accurate material tracking, helping the business understand what is actually being consumed vs. estimated.
Key Responsibilities
Observe production activity and track materials being used in real-time (e.g., screws, drywall, paint, welding wire, etc.)
Accurately count and log subcomponents going into larger assemblies ("Ubers" and subcomponents)
Input data into internal systems, ensuring it is organized, usable, and aligned with SKUs
Navigate internal applications to:
Select station
Track activity
Search and assign correct SKUs
Perform basic estimations and calculations
Cross-reference drawings and production plans to understand materials and quantities
Monitor multiple production lines where different products are being built simultaneously
Support inventory and supply chain accuracy (e.g., triggering reorders when materials are depleted)
Continuously identify opportunities to improve tracking processes and efficiency
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to count, estimate, and perform quick mental math
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (forklifts, active production floor)
Situational awareness. Able to observe and track multiple activities at once
Self-sufficient and proactive
Basic to intermediate technical/computer skills (navigating systems, toggling between views)
Ability to read and interpret basic drawings or layouts
Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented thinking
Training
Will include 2-3 days of onboarding/orientation
Hands-on training within the production environment
What Success Looks Like
Accurately capturing real material usage vs. estimates
Understanding how components are built and what goes into each product
Creating a repeatable, intelligent process for tracking materials
Being able to observe a process (e.g., wall build, welding, painting) and log all contributing materials correctly
