Outpatient Therapist

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Outpatient Therapist on the team, you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s) which will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. You may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: up to $65,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $78,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full-time exempt position

What We’re Looking For

•  Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required. 
  •  LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A);
    • Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
• Experience in Substance Use services preferred
•  Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy. 
•  Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel
