MobiusEngine is seeking a Product Manager to define, develop, and drive the execution of innovative products and features that meet customer needs and support business objectives. The role involves collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that enhance user adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure successful product development and launch
- Gather and analyze customer insights, usage data, and industry trends to inform product decisions and feature prioritization
- Translate product vision into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation, development, and launch to ongoing optimization and iteration
- Monitor key product metrics, user engagement, and adoption, applying insights to improve performance
- Communicate product plans, updates, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Act as the product expert and advocate internally and externally, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role managing the full product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of product management frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Aha!)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams
- Ability to translate complex customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements
- Experience in defining KPIs, monitoring product metrics, and driving data-informed decisions
- Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and adapt to changing business priorities
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and customer-centered design processes
- Familiarity with analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
- Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams
- Experience launching new products or features in a fast-growth environment
