The Hall Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the hatchery environment. This role involves actively monitoring facility access, tracking employee movements, and enforcing biosecurity and safety protocols. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Hall Monitor plays a crucial role in preventing unauthorized entry, maintaining high animal welfare standards, and safeguarding the integrity of our operations.
Qualifications
- Night Shifts 5am-5pm.
- Check Record Temperature and Humidity Setter through the hallway and Hatchers.
- Change filters on HVAC unit the halls.
- Need to be able to work nights and weekend and Holidays!!!!
- Not be scared of heights.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including warm, dusty, cold, and moist environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 40-80 pounds and push/pull heavy objects
- Prior experience in a related agricultural or general labor setting is a plus, but often full training is provided.
