Seasonal Manufacturing Associate

Looking for competitive summer pay and hands-on manufacturing experience? Utz Quality Foods is hiring Seasonal Manufacturing Associates to support our team in Hanover, PA.

We offer opportunities across Weekday and Weekend shifts (Day and Night) to help meet peak production demands during the summer season. These roles are a great way to gain experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — with potential opportunities for future full-time employment.

 

What to Expect:

• 3–4 consistent 12-hour shifts per week (no rotating schedules)

During your prescreen call, our Talent Team will review your experience and match you with the best available opportunity. Seasonal roles may include material handling, packaging, machine operation, outlet store clerk, and quality support.

 

Requirements:

• 18 years or older (or High School graduate)

• Basic math and English reading skills

• Ability to work 3–4 twelve-hour shifts per week (not rotating)

• Reliable transportation

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift

• Team-oriented and able to work independently
