Selected professionals will help train and evaluate AI models, create real-world backend engineering tasks, and provide expert feedback that improves the reliability and performance of AI systems used in modern software development.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate how AI systems generate and interpret backend code and system architectures
• Identify issues in AI-generated APIs, services, and backend workflows
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance in backend engineering tasks
• Create real-world backend engineering scenarios and system design challenges
• Contribute examples involving API development, distributed systems, and backend architecture
• Review and refine AI-generated code related to backend infrastructure and data systems
• Provide expert insights on backend engineering best practices
• Support research teams developing AI tools for software engineering workflows
• Help improve the reliability and scalability of AI-generated backend solutions

Requirements:

• Professional experience with backend programming and system architecture
