About this role
PrismHR is an early-stage company focused on delivering a multi-app platform designed to unify networking, workflow, and productivity. They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who will be responsible for building features, stabilizing applications, and integrating AI tools into the development process.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development: Build out features using our "vanilla" AI-friendly stack: React, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL
- System Architecture: Help unify multiple applications into one consistent, scalable architecture
- CI/CD Mastery: Set up and refine deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions
- AI Integration: Actively use AI tools for coding, testing, and prototyping as a core part of your daily workflow
- Direct Leadership Access: Work directly with the CTO and CEO to shape the product and technical roadmap
Requirements:
- Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React
- Experience with Node.js/Express
- Full-Stack Development: Build out features using our 'vanilla' AI-friendly stack: React, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL
- System Architecture: Help unify multiple applications into one consistent, scalable architecture
- CI/CD Mastery: Set up and refine deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions
- AI Integration: Actively use AI tools for coding, testing, and prototyping as a core part of your daily workflow
- Ability to work directly with the CTO and CEO to shape the product and technical roadmap
- Thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you need to iterate quickly
- Prioritize execution and clarity over endless planning and are willing to dive in wherever the team needs you most
- Familiarity with AWS (Beanstalk/ECS)
- Familiarity with Auth0
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL
