Workday Developer with Extend :: Remote :: C2C/W2 Position

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Workday Extend Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Workday Extend platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Workday integrations, Workday Studio, and a good understanding of Workday HCM or Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy applications using Workday Extend
• Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather and translate business requirements
• Customize and enhance Workday functionalities using Extend framework
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday applications and integrations
• Maintain documentation for technical designs and processes
• Ensure data security, compliance, and best practices

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend (Extend Apps / Prism / UI development)
• Strong experience in Workday Studio
• Knowledge of Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
• Understanding of Workday HCM / Finance modules
• Experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification (Extend / Integration / HCM)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of security and business process frameworks in Workday
