Customer Success Manager
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid 1 day/week)

We re looking for a data-driven Customer Success Operations Manager to drive customer adoption, retention, and operational excellence across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer adoption strategy and execution across regions
- Use AI-driven analytics & predictive modeling to identify risks and opportunities
- Build dashboards for customer health, engagement, and product usage
- Drive GRR, NPS, and adoption metrics tracking
- Manage capacity planning, headcount modeling, and resource allocation
- Deliver insights to leadership and support QBRs & executive reporting
- Establish operational cadences, playbooks, and automation workflows
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
Must-Have Skills
- Experience in Sales Operations / Business Operations
- Strong forecasting (renewals, downsell, adoption)
- Expertise in capacity planning & headcount lifecycle management
- Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
- Experience working with VP/Sr. Director stakeholders
- Strong cross-functional collaboration & communication
- 3 6 years in Business Ops / Customer Success Ops / Program Management
Preferred
- Background in Customer Success / Post-sales / SaaS
- Knowledge of GRR, NPS, health scores, adoption metrics
- Experience with dashboards, analytics tools, and AI platforms
- Program/Project Management experience
- Hands-on experience with AI for analytics, automation, and insights
- Ability to integrate AI into business operations
