We are seeking a seasoned System Center Service Manager (SCSM) Engineer to lead the intake, maintenance, and automation of service requests for a large-scale public health organization. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical workflows.
Key Technical Skills
- MS System Center Service Manager (SCSM): 3+ years of deep development, administration, and site design experience (Required).
- MS System Center Orchestrator: Proven experience creating, maintaining, and updating automated workflows.
- Cireson Web Portal: Ability to maintain the portal and update JavaScript for custom service offerings.
- SME Leadership: Experience gathering business requirements and developing custom reporting on platform usage.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of recent, relevant IT experience.
- Location: Must be a resident of South Carolina or willing to relocate to Columbia, SC prior to starting (Relocation at candidate's expense).
- Compliance: Must pass criminal, credit, and eVerify background checks.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to interact with diverse technical teams and management to improve platform efficiency.
