Open Systems Programmer/Systems Analyst

Experience in requirement gathering, design, development and testing

Knowledge of the integration of medical and/or claims information and information systems.

Knowledge of current technologies, programming languages

Associate or Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, or Computer Science and Business Administration or equivalent work experience.

5 years' experience working with design and development of Java based web applications and/or Integration platforms like ESB and Webservices and/or COTS products like Salesforce, FileNet, SugarCRM etc.

3 years of application design experience.

5 years of Medicaid knowledge.

3 years of business processes and applications or software package implementation knowledge.

Possess Hands-on experience in developing and managing Java Web applications, SOAP, REST APIs, ReactJS, React Native Apps on on-premises and Cloud platforms

Experience in J2EE, Webservices, and SDLC, with expertise in one of the following Struts, Spring, JSF, EJB, Hibernate, or iBatis technologies, or .NET SSRS reporting experience.

Familiar with waterfall and agile development methodologies.
