Experience

• 5 7 years of IT Service Desk / End User Support experience.
• Minimum 2 3 years handling escalations
• Experience in enterprise IT environments.

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Windows OS, M365, and enterprise desktop environments.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity access management.
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with remote support and endpoint management tools.
