Bayforce is an industry-leading client seeking a Sr Platform Operations lead to join their growing team. In this role, you will lead the daily technical operations of the Connected Services platform and own the delivery and performance of front-end systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily technical operations of the Connected Services platform—including infrastructure monitoring, hardware logistics, and installation support
- Own the delivery and performance of front-end systems such as APIs, portals, and customer-facing interfaces
Requirements:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with technical operations including infrastructure uptime, system health monitoring, and incident response
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
