CrewAI is the leading open-source framework and enterprise platform for building and orchestrating multi-agent AI systems. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to help drive the growth of CrewAI's platform.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, research, and engage with developer, data, and IT leaders across key industries
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Run creative multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, calls, social, events)
- Understand CrewAI's platform, customer use cases, and value drivers to position effectively
- Partner with Marketing on event follow-up, campaigns, and lead conversion
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and track key metrics
