Enverus is a leading energy-dedicated SaaS company committed to making energy affordable and accessible. The Senior Business Process Analyst & Anaplan Administrator will own the architecture, development, and administration of the Anaplan environment, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Operations leadership to enhance planning and decision-making across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable Anaplan models that meet evolving business requirements across Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations
- Partner with sales leadership to design territories, conduct base analysis, and develop aligned quota plans across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
- Serve as the primary Anaplan administrator across all levels of the environment — Cloud, Tenant, Workspace, and Model administration
- Manage user access, security, performance optimization, and platform governance
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders — including Finance, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations — to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver actionable planning tools that drive real business outcomes
- Support the design and management of ETL/ELT processes to ensure smooth, scalable data integration across our growing technology ecosystem
- Maintain clear, thorough documentation of models, processes, and integrations
- Champion best practices for Anaplan development and help scale knowledge across the team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Anaplan modeling experience, including building and maintaining complex models
- Proficiency for managing data pipelines and integrations in partnership with our Mulesoft (Anypoint) developer
- In-depth knowledge of Anaplan administration across Cloud, Tenant, Workspace, and Model levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to business and technical audiences
- Anaplan Model Builder certification (Level 1 or higher preferred)
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools
- Knowledge and understanding of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (for API design)
- Proficiency in data transformation and automation
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake
- Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Background in Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
