They are seeking a GoHighLevel Engineer to lead the implementation and configuration of the GoHighLevel CRM and marketing automation platform, ensuring it aligns with client operations and drives meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and configuration of GoHighLevel
- Own the setup from the ground up—pipelines, workflows, automations, and overall system structure—making sure it aligns with how the client actually operates day-to-day
- Support data migration efforts (including platforms like Mailchimp)
- Manage the movement of contacts, lists, and historical data into GoHighLevel while keeping things clean, organized, and usable for future campaigns
- Integrate GoHighLevel with client websites and related systems
- Connect forms, landing pages, scheduling tools, and other touchpoints so data flows smoothly and creates a seamless client experience
- Build and manage marketing automation workflows and drip campaigns
- Design campaigns that nurture leads and re-engage existing customers (example: patients who haven’t visited in a while), with a focus on timing, messaging, and results
- Set up campaign tracking, reporting, and dashboards
- Create simple, clear reporting that shows what’s working—campaign performance, lead activity, and overall funnel visibility
- Help define and communicate ROI through measurable results
- Tie activity back to outcomes—help the client understand what they’re getting from their investment and where to optimize
- Partner with internal team members across delivery, recruiting, and client engagement
- Work alongside folks like Steve V, Adam E, CJ, and others to ensure alignment, share insights, and support the overall client relationship
- Contribute to developing repeatable best practices for future client work
- Help us build a playbook—what works, what doesn’t, and how we can scale this into something repeatable across other clients
Requirements:
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, campaigns, and customer journeys
- Experience with data migration and system integrations
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Ability to connect technical work to business outcomes
- Self-starter who enjoys building and improving processes
