Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Quincy, MA. The role involves gathering and translating business needs into technical documentation, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and supporting enhancements to the enterprise Global HR platform.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement‑gathering sessions to ensure alignment across teams
- Support enterprise Global HR platform enhancements, configuration, and end‑to‑end process optimization
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution designs, ensuring they meet business objectives
- Document business processes, workflows, and system specifications with clarity and accuracy
- Assist in evaluating and integrating applied AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and user experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6–8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within capital markets or wealth management
- Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements with excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with enterprise Global HR platforms and familiarity with applied AI capabilities
