Plan, conduct, and document operational, financial, procedural, and site-based audits across all Goodwill locations in accordance with established standards and audit protocols
Identify compliance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; collaborate with leadership to develop corrective actions and monitor them through closure
Prepare clear audit reports, analyze data and trends, and communicate findings to site leadership and the quality team
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of best practices, quality systems, and process improvement initiatives
Provide coaching and training on Goodwill’s accountability, quality, regulatory, and best-practice requirements
Ensure adherence to applicable policies, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards, safety/security requirements, ADA and accessibility standards, and other regulatory guidelines
Maintain accurate and retrievable audit records, and participate in internal departmental and regulatory audits as needed
Assist with loss prevention related auditing and sampling efforts, and lead volunteer audit teams when required
Build effective working relationships at all organizational levels to support governance, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and operational consistency.
Assist with other agency, departmental, regulatory audits as needed.
