
The Maintenance Technician lll is a senior-level maintenance professional responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of casino facilities and equipment. This role serves as a technical leader, supporting entry level technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining uninterrupted casino operations in a fast paced, 24/7 environment.
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to minimize downtime and guest disruption.
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document completed work.
Troubleshoot complex facility issues and recommend long term solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and casino policies.
Support renovations, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred.
Minimum of 5 years facility maintenance experience (casino, hospitality, or commercial environment preferred)
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Ability to complete all required training on a computer.
Excellent problem solving and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
