Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Responsibilities
Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Greet employees, clients, and visitors with excellent customer service
Manage documents, including scanning, labeling, and filing
Assist with scheduling and calendar coordination
Maintain organization of common areas and ensure supplies are stocked
Support meeting and event setup
Provide general administrative support across the office
Qualifications

Prior shipping & receiving experience is a plus
