Electrical Design Engineer (Nuclear)

People Integra is a company that specializes in engineering solutions, and they are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design and develop electrical systems for industrial applications. The role involves creating detailed schematics, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical systems and components for industrial applications
• Interpret elementary diagrams and create detailed schematics, connection diagrams, and routing diagrams
• Develop cabinet models and electrical layouts using AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar software tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions
• Conduct testing and simulations to validate electrical designs
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable safety, quality, and electrical standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong experience creating: Elementary diagrams, Schematics, Connection diagrams, Routing diagrams, Cabinet models
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar mechanical/electrical design software
• Experience in one or more of the following environments: Power plants, Data centers, Industrial cabinet design
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
