Generative AI Engineer

Reps is a GenAI platform focused on accelerating growth through innovative enablement solutions. The Senior Generative AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications that integrate AI capabilities with modern web technologies, impacting user learning and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design and develop full-stack AI-driven applications using React.js (frontend) and Typescript+Python (backend)
• Advanced Prompt & Conversation Strategies: Develop sophisticated prompt templates, multi-step chains, and advanced reasoning patterns (few-shot, zero-shot) while managing memory and context for multi-turn conversations
• Optimize & Integrate for Enterprise: Tailor and benchmark prompts to meet enterprise standards (accuracy, privacy, compliance), ensuring alignment with business intent, and partner with engineers to integrate them into agent workflows
• Production Deployment: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by deploying models and pipelines into our production environment, applying best practices for scalability and reliability
• Performance & Iteration: Continuously monitor model performance in production, identifying opportunities for improvement and iterating quickly to enhance accuracy and impact
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, develop solutions, and integrate AI capabilities into our product
• Research & Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and techniques that can add value to our platform
