AlphaSense is a market intelligence company that leverages AI to provide insights for decision-making. The Sales Engineer will oversee the implementation of the Enterprise Intelligence product, managing post-sale processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including account management, product, marketing and sales, in order to gather necessary resources for a successful implementation
- Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep internal and external clients informed of implementation progress
- Create and modify training programs for each client engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to create documentation for clients to support training needs
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor and report on team and individual performance
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks to guide future implementations
- Partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption and value realization
Requirements:
- At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager and/or in enterprise customer success
- Passionate about learning and always seeking the next challenge

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- A systems thinker with a proven track record of turning processes that lack structure into effective, repeatable, scalable programs

- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with any/all of the following: Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Catalyst
- Remote (East coast strongly preferred)
