RiseIT Solutions is a company focused on providing innovative technology solutions, and they are seeking a Product Manager/Business Analyst to join their product team. The role involves understanding business needs, managing deliverables, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support Mobility Business Solutions CRM products.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the business to develop regional and functional business requirements and represent as global requirements
- Collaborate with internal specialists to research business & tech trends appropriate to business & IT solution definition
- Work with the development team to ensure business requirements are communicated clearly and understood
- Participate in the development and review of functional requirements documentation
- Present and review business analysis and reengineering results of tasks to mid-level IT and business partner management
- Work with business partners to identify project business value and associated metrics
- Drive and challenge business owners on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Work with the business to ensure testing plans are robust and facilitate testing with internal and external interface teams
- Participate in the planning, creation, and execution of business partner testing and acceptance testing
- Perform analysis on production issues as appropriate
- Interface with affected application teams to coordinate testing, when necessary
- Managing issues and risk including the development of contingency plans
- Establishing a strong working relationship with project stakeholders such that plans, and requirements are fully understood, and issues are resolved effectively and efficiently
- Communicating project status information, issues, and risks to stakeholders as appropriate
- Following appropriate change control and configuration management
- Delivering on time, on budget, and top quality
Requirements:
- BS / BA in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics
- Ability to deliver project commitments
- Must be team-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Applying agile practices to solution delivery
- Requirements gathering, Use Case, and Test case development
- Global business acumen
- System Integrator / COTS Implementation
- Emerging technologies, cloud architectures, security, and/or any other service-oriented architecture
- Replacing legacy systems and driving business change with new technology
- Experience with continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM 365, Azure, and related technologies (e.g., Adv. Marketing, Case Management, JIRA, Social media integrations with MS dynamics 365)
