Experience:

Overall 6+ years of developing internet-scale solution development primarily using Java, Spring Boot, and no-sql databases

Experience with workflow orchestrators, preferably Temporal

Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, mq

Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker (Preferred)

Previous experience with payment systems or real-time transaction platforms (Preferred)

Leadership experience in a fast-paced development environment (Preferred)

Experience in API development for fintech applications (Preferred)

Skills:

Proficiency and experience in:

Java 11 (Lambdas, Streams, Completable Future, optional, generics)

Java functional and reactive programming

Test Driven Development

Asynchronous Reactive Microservices utilizing Vert.x

REST APIs using Spring Boot 2.0 (reactive)

Open API (swagger) specification

Designing database schemas, index design, optimizations for query tuning

Modern software engineering tools: git workflows, gradle, load testing tools, mock frameworks
