Job Overview:
- Lead engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Drive technical direction, architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery of applications and services.
- Oversee modernization of legacy systems and adoption of cloud-native and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Establish engineering standards, mentor team members, and ensure continuous improvement in delivery practices.
- Minimum 12 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with API development and integration frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Lead engineering teams and manage day-to-day technical delivery.
- Define and implement technical architecture and design solutions.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems into scalable services.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee development of APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
- Mentor and guide engineers to support their growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance requirements.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.
- Experience with ETL pipelines and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and data privacy regulations.
- Software architecture and design.
- Backend and API development.

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
