Key requirements:
- Must have Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization experience. The Personalization product was also known as Evergage or Interaction Studio prior to being rebranded as Personalization.
- Ideally a lifecycle marketer that has hands on experience/power-user of Personalization
- Martech product managers are a good fit as well as long as they know the ins and outs of the tool.
- They need this candidate to be able to assist with providing the proper suggestions i.e. how to improve campaigns with Personalization, how to improve developing campaigns - think of this candidate as a Marketing Cloud Personalization Specialist
Please be aware that some candidates might have Salesforce Marketing Cloud on their resumes but there are other products within it - this role specifically needs Personalization experience.
MUST HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- Software: generally speaking should likely have exp with JourneyBuilder
- Experience with the campaign process.
- Be able to help educate teams on the campaign process.
- Strong experience with engagement with Marketing partners
- Experience improving HOW TO do campaigns.
- Experience improving HOW TO develop campaigns.
- Experience with Multi channel marketing
- Experience with campaign administration.

- We use in Marketing a platform called Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Different from Salesforce CRM. Marketing Cloud is a platform to run marketing campaigns. Tied to CRM but completely different
- Two modules - separate companies that Salesforce acquired. Somewhat related but different.
- Easy one is JOURNEYBUILDER that does email campagns. We're covered here.
- PERSONALIZATION or INTERACTION STUDIO - We NEED this.
- Core - campaing administration in Interaction Studio for campaigns in mobile banking.
- Very important marketing channel.
- The expanded skillset would be a key partner to marketing with processes around that.
- Working with marketing partners, make sure they provided the info, clarifying requirements for a campaign, etc.
- Small engineering team working in the tool to build the campaigns. They will set up campaigns and have it ready to go. They do the testing and then we deploy to productions.
- Very hands on - we deployed last 2 years about 190 individual campaigns per year. There was intake, configuring campaign, creative, testing it, validating and deploying in production.
- I'd like to see more engagement with Marketing partners. Improve how we do campaigns.
- Improve how we develop campaigns.
- Would love to have someone who is helping push our marketing partners for more.
- We don t do Multi channel marketing well - make it better.
- Revamp data structure of marketing.
- Core is campaign administration. When doing intake, set up, testing, and deployment for 190 discreet campaigns per year, a meaningful portion of your job is that atleast 50% or more.
- Need to be hands on - specialist.
