5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including significant recent work as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and App Engine for custom application development; exposure to ITSM and SPM is a plus.
Extensive experience establishing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC, and integration hub spokes; experience with cloud AI/ML tools is desirable.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, DoD/Client cybersecurity and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, RMF), and Agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on ServiceNow experience, proven delivery of large-scale migrations from legacy platforms (e.g. ColdFusion-backed systems), SQL server experience, and strong expertise in designing and implementing secure, resilient integrations in regulated environments.
