Senior Business Analyst, Clinical Operations and Insights

Sentara Health is a healthcare organization dedicated to improving health every day. The Senior Business Analyst will support the DSNP clinical line of business by delivering reporting, analytics, and quality initiative support to enhance clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between clinical operations and IT, translating needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver reporting, analytics, and quality initiative support to improve clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, Model of Care performance, and STARS reporting requirements
• Provide advanced analytical insight, identify data gaps, build dashboards and reports, and partner closely with stakeholders across DSNP and Cardinal operations
• Support pending report enhancements, DSNP–Cardinal reporting alignment, and large-scale program initiatives such as Circle of Care
• Translate business and clinical needs into effective reporting and analytics solutions
• Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while supporting high-level operational analytics and decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Epic Build experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare
• Experience in project management and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational needs into analytics/reporting solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience across business and IT teams
• Master's Degree
• Experience supporting DSNP, case management, or clinical program operations
• Experience working with reporting tools and dashboards; SQL exposure
