Software Engineer

Mayo Clinic is a renowned healthcare organization seeking a skilled Software Engineer to develop and support HCM integrations for their Oracle ERP System. The role focuses on OIC and Fast Formula development related to Core HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll modules, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to manage varied workloads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support HCM integrations for Mayo Clinic’s Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
• Focus primarily on OIC and Fast Formula development related to Core HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll modules
• Manage varied workload on projects
• Adapt to shifting requirements
• Write and support complex database queries
• Develop and support integration code using Oracle Fusion Cloud Platforms, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL), Oracle HCM Extracts, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP), Oracle File-Based Data Import (FBDI), Oracle Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Oracle SQL – PL/SQL

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; or an Associates' degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with an additional 2 years of experience
• Have working knowledge and experience of Software Engineering with a minimum of internships and a minimum of 1 yr. of experience, or 2yrs of experience coding applications or services in a high-level language (C, C++, Golang, Java, C# etc.)
• Demonstrated problem solving and time management skills
• Possesses strong technical aptitude for designing and implementing software solutions
• Experience with modern application development frameworks
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Deep hands-on technical expertise, excellent verbal and written communication skills
