Business Process Engineer, Healthcare Engineering & Facilities

Aptive Resources is a company that partners with federal agencies to enhance performance and service delivery. They are seeking a Business Process Engineer to support transformation and optimization efforts within the Veterans Health Administration by analyzing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process reengineering and performance improvement initiatives specific to the VHA healthcare engineering and facilities program environment
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized process solutions
• Develop reports, white papers, and executive briefings to communicate findings and recommendations
• Support change management initiatives and assist with training development and delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and sustain process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or program support
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
• Experience supporting federal or VA programs
• Experience with workflow automation or digital transformation tools
