Sermo is a global social platform for physicians that fosters impactful peer-to-peer collaboration and discussions through meaningful insights, data, and trends. As a Project Manager in our Qualitative space, you will play an instrumental role in connecting our clients with thought leaders in the healthcare & life sciences sector, managing multiple projects and ensuring successful outcomes for qualitative research.
Responsibilities:
- Own successful project outcomes by working directly with clients to achieve their qualitative research outcomes
- Oversee Project Leaders and Associates in line with established KPIs
- Manage performance conversations and ongoing training of a team
- Manage client project escalations and overall project communication
- Ensure performance is aligned to internal and external project and people management SOP expectations
- Participate in and lead training and onboarding of new team members
- Support training and coaching of recruitment approaches with more junior managers and associates
- Liaise with Quality Assurance, Compliance and Operations to communicate, train and oversee Adverse Event Reporting activities depending on client requirements
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Qualitative market research or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Research, or related field
- Ability to work cross functionally with other Sermo teams to achieve our clients research goals
- Experience in healthcare, pharma or medicine is strongly preferred
- Experience in a client or customer facing role is strongly preferred
- Experience in Market Research is strongly preferred
