About this role
Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The role involves taking ownership of complex Salesforce development work, partnering with Salesforce Administrators, and delivering scalable, high-quality builds while ensuring user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and UI customizations
- Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs and custom REST/SOAP APIs
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and validated solutions
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend long‑term fixes
- Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
- Maintain documentation and communicate progress clearly and consistently
- Support deployment, testing, and release management
- Apply UX and web design principles to deliver clean and intuitive experiences
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proven insurance industry experience
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Clean coding practices
- Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences

- Knowledge of Salesforce data models, sharing rules, and performance best practices
