Data Engineer

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer – Healthcare to design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support healthcare analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will work with large healthcare datasets to ensure data reliability, scalability, and availability for analytics and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for healthcare data
• Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources
• Develop and manage data warehouses and data lakes
• Optimize data models for performance and analytics use cases
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Implement monitoring and validation checks
• Work with data analysts, business teams, and IT stakeholders
• Support analytics and reporting requirements
• Use SQL, Python, cloud platforms, and ETL tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of Data Engineering experience
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience with data pipelines and data warehouses
• Knowledge of healthcare data is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
