Founding Forward Deployed Engineer

Hyperspell is a pioneering company focused on creating a Memory & Context Layer for AI Agents. As a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success, enhancing AI systems' capabilities, and shaping product direction through direct customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Evolving the world’s first self-integrating SDK: Improving how developers connect their apps to Hyperspell, making integration feel like magic
• Owning relationships: You’ll be the face of the company to many of our customers. You’ll respond to their feature requests and their bug reports, and will fix many yourself before they even hit our ticket system
• Customer deep-dives: Embedding with customers to understand their business, their data, their users — then finding opportunities to solve problems they didn't know they had
• Full-stack feature ownership: Building new integrations, API endpoints, dashboard features, and analytics tools end-to-end
• Shaping the product: Translating customer pain points into product direction. Your insights from the field will directly influence our roadmap
• Technical enablement: Helping customers architect their implementations, debug tricky issues, and get the most out of our platform
• In the first 30 days, you'll take over new accounts, own onboarding customers to Hyperspell, and build and ship smaller features they request
• In 60 days, you'll ship internal tools and dashboards to help us manage workflows. You'll deploy custom AI agents to work alongside you to help our customers succeed
• In 90 days, you'll own larger projects that touch all parts of our stack and affect both current and future customers
