As the Business Program Manager - Sales Incentive Plan Strategist, you will be responsible for the design, governance, and execution of Sales Incentive Plans that drive sales performance and align with enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of sales compensation and incentive plans
- Drive annual incentive plan creation and modification cycles, ensuring timely rollout and governance
- Translate commercial strategy into measurable and motivating incentive mechanics
- Analyze sales and incentive performance data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Partner with Finance to ensure incentive cost remains within budget and provide transparent reporting
- Support the end‑to‑end quota setting process in partnership with sales leadership
- Lead change initiatives related to incentive programs, tools, and processes
- Resolve incentive calculation errors, disputes, and inquiries in partnership with Finance
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and local state requirements
- Align with global incentive professionals on standards and governance
- Provide coaching, training, and clear communication to sales stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Experience in Sales Incentive Plan design, administration, or governance
- Experience with compensation software (Anaplan preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with compensation modeling experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data analysis tools such as Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
