Program Manager, Partnering Programs

Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. The Program Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing alternative manufacturing strategies for various product lines, working with a cross-functional team to prioritize projects and manage key metrics such as cost improvement and lead time reduction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development and management of this program, follow appropriate practices, and follow necessary processes
• Prioritize projects with input from sales, product management, business development and the business segment leadership
• Key metrics for this role include cost improvement, profit, lead time reduction, standardization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or business
• 5 plus years of experience in industry with demonstrated skills in program management, cost analysis, price management and process standardization
• Proficient with MS-Office applications
• Travel required will be less or around 25%
• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Strong understanding of operational processes and business acumen
• Solid financial knowledge to understand and participate in ongoing business planning and support bid reviews for the Offers teams
• Excellent collaboration, leadership, and decision-making skills in a team environment, and demonstrated ability to perform and prioritize multiple, simultaneous tasks while maintaining excellent customer service
• Excellent communications skills to effectively and accurately communicate with internal and external customers
• Knowledge of integration within E Houses/Buildings is a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes
• Advanced Degree in Management
