DriveNets is a leader in disaggregated high-scale networking solutions for service providers and AI infrastructures. The Senior Product Manager will drive the development and lifecycle management of high-end networking systems for AI fabrics, collaborating with various teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a hardware product expert specializing in high-end networking systems and system-level architecture, providing strategic direction across the product lifecycle
- Define and lead hardware product strategy, including system architecture, platform definition, and roadmap planning for next-generation switching and routing platforms
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop product specifications, drive design trade-offs, and deliver high-quality hardware systems including PCB design, thermal solutions, power systems, and mechanical architecture
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through development, validation, manufacturing, and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Work with contract manufacturers, ODMs, and supply chain partners to ensure successful product manufacturing, certification, and deployment at scale
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to define product positioning, develop go-to-market strategies, and support customer engagements
- Engage with customers to gather requirements, validate solutions, and prioritize features that enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction
- Monitor product performance post-launch, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvements and future product iterations
- Prepare and present product plans, business cases, and status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with a strong focus on hardware systems
- Strong experience in large-scale system technologies definition, including chassis design, PCB, thermal (fans), power systems, certifications, and hardware homologation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Experience working with hardware development processes, including design, validation, and manufacturing
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Ability to define product strategy based on market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis
- Experience working with supply chain, contract manufacturers, and hardware partners
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Experience with networking hardware platforms such as switches, routers, or high-performance data center systems
- Background in disaggregated networking, white box systems, or large-scale infrastructure deployments
- Experience working with hyperscalers, NeoClouds, service providers, or large enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of system-level trade-offs across performance, cost, power, and thermal constraints
- Strong understanding of data center networking requirements for AI clusters, including Scale-out, frontend, and scale-up network
- Experience working with ASIC vendors
- Experience with direct liquid cooling
