Business Analytics and Reporting Lead

As the Business Analytics and Reporting Lead, you will convert complex project data into actionable intelligence to drive predictability across cost and schedule baselines while leading program health reviews with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain complex analytics comparing design configuration baselines against risk-informed forecasts and industry trends to identify portfolio-level headroom
• Perform advanced probability analyses to quantify cost/schedule exposure and execute rapid-response data analytics on anomalies to support urgent "what-if" scenario planning
• Lead the facilitation of monthly program health reviews with executive leadership, translating intricate technical data sets into high-level strategic insights and action items
• Identify bottlenecks in data workflows to implement automated solutions for scalability, serving as the primary investigative lead for internal audits and procedural compliance
