AI CGI Specialist - Design Visualization

General Motors is seeking a forward-thinking AI CGI Specialist to join our Design Visualization Team in Warren, Michigan. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of automotive design by leveraging cutting-edge AI image generation tools to support both Design Studio Visualization and Reveal Asset Visualization efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality, AI-driven conceptual imagery and video to support vehicle design exploration and visual storytelling
• Utilize contemporary AI tools and generative platforms to create on-brand, design-accurate visuals
• Develop, refine, and AI pipelines to achieve consistent and intentional visual outcomes aligned with design briefs
• Collaborate with design teams to respond to visual feedback, ensuring creative alignment and continuity with the vehicle’s design and brand identity
• Support Reveal Asset creation by creating compelling visuals for internal presentations, leadership reviews, and public Marketing & PR debuts
• Stay up to date on advancements in AI image generation and proactively evaluate new tools and techniques for integration into the design workflow
• Assist in developing internal best practices and documentation for AI-powered visualization pipelines
