The Associate Director, eCommerce – Walmart & Target will own and accelerate Duracell's online sales performance across two of the most critical omnichannel retailers in North America. This role sits at the intersection of digital shelf excellence, retail media, and customer strategy — responsible for driving revenue growth, share of search, and conversion across Walmart.com and Target.com (including Target Circle and same-day fulfillment channels).
Sales & Revenue Growth
· Own eCommerce P&L for Walmart.com and Target.com, including forecasting, trade spend management, and achieving net revenue targets
· Develop and execute joint business plans with Walmart and Target eCommerce buyer teams
· Identify and capitalize on incremental digital revenue opportunities including Subscribe & Save, fulfillment-based programs, and seasonal promotions
Digital Shelf Management
· Ensure best-in-class product content (titles, images, bullet points, A+ content, videos) across both platforms, optimized for each retailer's search algorithm
· Monitor and improve search ranking, Buy Box ownership, in-stock rates, and ratings & reviews
· Manage Walmart's Item 360 and Target's Partners Online (POL) portals
Retail Media & Advertising
· Lead retail media investment strategy across Walmart Connect and Target Roundel
· Partner with internal marketing teams and agency partners to optimize sponsored search, display, and off-platform campaigns
· Analyze ROAS, share of voice, and keyword performance to continuously improve media efficiency
Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Serve as the primary eCommerce point of contact for Walmart and Target customer teams
· Collaborate closely with Supply Chain to ensure fulfillment readiness for online volume, including DSV (Drop Ship Vendor) and 1P/3P models
· Partner with Brand, Shopper Marketing, and Finance to align online activations with broader commercial plans
Analytics & Insights
· Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track eCommerce KPIs including conversion rate, traffic, NPS, and market share
· Leverage Circana, Numerator, Luminate (Walmart), and Roundel insights to identify trends and competitive gaps
· Present performance results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Required:
· 7–10 years of CPG sales or eCommerce experience, with direct Walmart and/or Target customer responsibility
· Deep knowledge of Walmart.com and Target.com platforms, algorithms, and retail media ecosystems
· Experience managing retail media budgets (Walmart Connect and/or Target Roundel)
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Circana, Numerator, or similar data platforms
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred:
· Experience with Walmart Luminate data platform
· Familiarity with DSV and dropship fulfillment models
· MBA or equivalent advanced degree
· Experience in the battery, personal care, or consumer electronics categories
