Emergency Department Technician at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Day shifts.

Under the supervision of an RN/LVN, the ED Patient Care Technician will provide direct patient care within their scope of practice.

Required Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: EMT, CNA, Medical Assistant, or Paramedic
- Direct patient care experience in an acute care setting within the past 5 years, unless related certification has been achieved within the past 2 years.
- Direct hands-on patient care (vital signs, EKG and splinting), experience in an emergency department, urgent care, or acute care setting.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
