Harnham is a high growth direct to consumer business investing heavily in its data platform to support ecommerce, marketing, and customer analytics. The role will be instrumental in building a scalable analytics layer to drive performance across digital channels, owning the analytics engineering layer and working closely with stakeholders to deliver trusted data and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Building dbt models to support ecommerce and marketing use cases
- Developing ELT pipelines across tools such as Airbyte and Python
- Designing datasets for customer, product, and transaction analytics
- Supporting BI and dashboarding in Looker
- Partnering with marketing, growth, and product teams on KPI development
- Enabling self serve analytics across digital teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in analytics engineering or data engineering
- Strong SQL and dbt experience
- Experience working with ecommerce or marketing data
- Hands on experience with modern data warehouses and BI tools
- Experience supporting stakeholder driven analytics use cases
- Shopify or similar ecommerce platform experience
- Experience with marketing attribution or customer analytics
- Exposure to BigQuery, Looker, or Airbyte
- Python experience
