Cloud Engineer (AWS)

Kforce Inc is seeking a Cloud Engineer (AWS) for their client in Horsham, PA. The primary responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable cloud architecture, evaluating cloud solutions, and integrating security and compliance requirements into cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain scalable cloud architecture across IaaS and PaaS platforms
• Evaluate and recommend cloud and storage solutions
• Integrate security, privacy, and compliance requirements into cloud environments
• Improve cloud engineering processes and operational controls
• Provide technical input across project planning, design, implementation, and testing
• Support system validation, acceptance testing, and audits
• Stay current on cloud technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant cloud or infrastructure experience
• Hands-on experience with IaaS and PaaS environments
• Background in DevOps, systems administration, or software development
• Experience designing and supporting infrastructure at scale
• Knowledge of automation, backup, security, and compliance concepts
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with standard business tools (e.g., MS Office)
